Lily’s (Christel Khalil) home to be with Devon (Bryton James) while he sorts through his messy money situation. She’s there to lend a listening ear as Devon decides his next move. Shockwave After Shockwave
Of course, being in town also means seeing Cane (Daniel Goddard), especially since he is the source of all this trouble. An ex is an ex for a reason but she still has trouble keeping him at arm’s length. They were once the most romantic couple in town and they’ve come to this — being on opposite sides of a family war.
There are other surprises in store for Lily, and Amanda (Mishael Morgan) is one of them. Seeing the face of the woman she killed (accidentally, but still) rocks Lily’s entire world. Her glass and her jaw drop to the floor. She was warned about the lookalike but seeing Hilary’s doppelgänger in the flesh is jarring.
Devon Drops A Bomb
Of course, nothing is as startling as Devon’s announcement. He will keep HW, his charities will keep their money, but Cane gets the rest. Talk about a shocker! Cane’s soon to be the next billionaire on the block and Lily’s a bit impressed. Well, more concerned about him stealing her brother’s fortune, but it is what it is.
