The Young and the Restless (YR) spoilers breakdown for Thursday, July 26th promises a dream come true, a misguided decision, and a sad realization. Have some tissues handy, because tears will flow.

On the Run
Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) learns where her sister is located and warns Mariah she must go. It’s a race against the clock, and Tessa needs to leave that night. Of course, Mariah decides to follow her girlfriend, until she faces a major complication herself.

Bachelorette Party
Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Mariah host a small party for Hilary (Mishael Morgan). Along with Mattie (Lexi Stevenson) and Shauna (Camryn Hamm), the women try their best to ensure that the bride-to-be enjoys herself before her wedding.

A Change Of Plans
After the gifts are opened, Hilary asks for a moment alone with Mariah… and offers her the show. At first, Mariah is reluctant to take center stage, but she quickly realizes the severity of Hilary’s condition.

Hilary is not making it out of the hospital. In fact, Mariah’s cohost is dying, and she needs to step up and save the show.  Will Mariah stay and honor Hilary’s dying wish, or will she still run off with Tessa?

Overwhelmed With Guilt
Sadly, Lily missed the gift-giving party. She holes herself up at HW, reliving the day of the accident and regretting every minute of it.

It isn’t until Cane finds her and forces her to go to the wedding that Lily is able to face Hilary and the awful truth.

A Wedding to Remember
Nate (Brooks Darnell) gets Hilary out of bed, the ladies help her into her gown, and everyone gathers by her bed.

She and Devon take their vows, promise their eternal love, and exchange rings. She knows she is dying, but at least she will pass away in the arms of the love of her life.
