The Young and the Restless spoilers for November 16-20, 2020, tease Billy finding himself in some hot water, a possible rift in Phick’s romance, and so much more.
Though he knows that Adam (Mark Grossman) has been cleared as a suspect in Chance’s (Donny Boaz) shooting, Billy (Jason Thompson) continues to stress the virtues of writing yet another damning profile piece.
Lily (Christel Khalil) and Amanda (Mishael Morgan) attempt to dissuade him, but Billy presses on. Later, the media mogul finds himself confronted by Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) – and they both want to know if he’s the one responsible for hiring the assassin that bungled the job on Adam!
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) happens upon Faith (Alyvia Alyn Kind) during a stroll in Chancellor Park and quickly deduces that the youth is hungover – the second such incident in just as many days. Just as Faith begins to beg Phyllis for her discretion, Nick (Joshua Morrow) shows up and demands an explanation.
Phyllis explains that Faith had a run-in with a bottle of vodka…then leaves father and daughter to their own devices. Nick does his best to hear Faith out and understand her point of view – but he’s left furious by her reckless decision.
Later, he returns to Phyllis’s room at the Grand Phoenix and the two engage in a blowout argument over Phyllis’s handling of the situation, specifically her foreknowledge of Faith’s misdemeanor. Nick has already lost one daughter because of alcohol and he steadfastly refuses to let history repeat itself.
In other Genoa City news, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) forms an alliance, Lily attempts to play peacemaker, Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) issues an ultimatum, and Lauren (Tracey Bregman) makes someone a game-changing offer.
Meanwhile, Chance asks for Victor’s (Eric Braeden) blessing to marry Abby (Melissa Ordway), Victoria (Amelia Heinle) delights in pushing Adam’s buttons, and Amanda (Mishael Morgan) navigates her friendship with Devon (Bryton James).
Finally, Elena (Brytni Sarpy) finds herself torn between her ex-love (Devon) and her former lover (Nate). Plus, Jack (Peter Bergman) gets served… legal papers that is. The Young and the Restless airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
