The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, March 18, 2021, promises an answer to whom Ashland Locke will proclaim the new king of all media, Phyllis deciding it’s time she and Sally had a little chat, and Chloe going to extremes to help Chelsea.
And the winner is… No one is pretending that Ashland (Richard Burgi) isn’t having a ball pitting father against daughter, brother against sister, and ex-husband against ex-wife as he plays eeny, meeny, miney, moe with who he will allow to give him many millions of dollars for his media company.
But he claims he’s finally made a decision. And he’s going to announce it, Agatha Christie-style, as he gathers Victor (Eric Braeden), Adam (Mark Grossman), Victoria (Amelia Heinle), Billy (Jason Thompson), and Lily (Christel Khalil) for the big reveal. No matter what happens, more people are going to be unhappy than not.
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) has always considered Jack (Peter Bergman) her personal property. Who cares that they aren’t married anymore? Who cares that they aren’t married anymore because she cheated on him? That doesn’t mean anyone else gets to hurt him – or have him – either.
When Phyllis confronts Sally (Courtney Hope), it’s ostensibly about poor Summer (Hunter King), and how Sally checkmating Summer’s blackmail of her is totes dirty pool. But is this really about Summer? Or is Phyllis just staking out territory that isn’t even hers any longer?
Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) has vowed revenge on Adam. Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) is right by her side, ready to help in any way necessary. Hey, remember when Chloe vowed revenge on Adam?
And what that cost her? Real smart move there, Chloe. And, Chelsea, way to be a friend. There’s no way this could end badly… for both of you. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
