The Young and Restless spoilers for Monday, September 28, 2020, prove that Nick is not the only one displeased by Summer and Kyle’s engagement, while Phyllis steps in to help Amanda solve a mystery, and Devon finds a way to make Elena stop whining.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights
Nick (Joshua Morrow) blew his stack when he found out that Summer (Hunter King) and Kyle (Michael Mealor) were engaged. Now it’s Jack’s (Peter Bergman) turn to put his two cents in.
Nick is furious that his daughter is engaged to a guy who dumped her to marry the woman from whom he isn’t even divorced yet. (You got that?). Jack sees Nick’s point. He too is worried about how Kyle is just bouncing from wife to wife without so much as a breather in between. But Jack is also worried about the fact that Summer has hurt Kyle before. And she might still do it again.
So, as of now, we’ve got two dads not feeling this engagement. And Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) is the one willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. If that doesn’t prove that this is a bad idea, then, honestly, we don’t know what might.
Paper Trail
Amanda (Mishael Morgan) wonders why she and her long-lost twin Hilary were born in one state, while Amanda was abandoned in another. Could she have been kidnapped? And, if so, by whom? Why? Phyllis loves a mystery. And she’s here to get to the bottom of her friend’s past.
Lip Action
Ever since Amanda has been asking Devon (Bryton James) for information about Hilary, Elena (Brytni Sarpy) has been pouting. She pouts to Nate (Sean Dominic), she pouts to Amanda, she pouts to Devon. Devon has obviously had enough, and he’s found a way to distract Elena. Things get hot and heavy. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
