The Young and the Restless spoilers for August 3-7, 2020 reveal a special week dedicated to some of the soap’s most shocking moments.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights

Last week, it was all about the notoriously prickly Newman family. Now YR is gearing up to spotlight some of the most jaw-dropping moments that have taken place in fictional Genoa City.

Affairs of the Heart

On Monday, August 3, the clock turns back to December 4, 1986, a time when Victor (Eric Braeden) was finding it difficult to choose between Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson). Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) also takes center stage in the episode as does Lauren (Tracey Bregman)… and the latter is desperate to cover up a bad, bad thing that she did.

Holding Out For A Hero

Paul’s race to save Lauren from the clutches of the revenge-minded Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) is the highlight of Tuesday’s episode – which originally aired on May 15, 1992. Neil (Kristoff St. John) helping Olivia (Tonya Lee Williams) keep a secret is also highlighted.

Nikki and Sharon Look For A Needle In A Gross Haystack

The episode repeated on Wednesday, August 5, originally aired back in the spring of 2004 and it features Nikki and Sharon (Sharon Collins) descending into sewers on a fact-finding mission. Will they discover the decomposing corpse of Cameron Kristen (Linden Ashby), the man who assaulted Sharon and whom she killed in self-defense?

Well, let’s just say they do find body. Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) and Christine (Lauralee Bell) also appear in the episode… and spoilers warn that the ladies let their tempers get the best of them.

Bones of Contention

Lily’s (Christel Khalil) paternity and Nikki’s loyalty are called into question in the episode being repeated on Thursday, August 6. It originally aired on March 1, 2005.

Goodbye and Hello

Adam’s (then-Justin Hartley) presumed death inside the exploding Newman cabin is the highlight of Friday’s episode, which also features Neil’s confrontation with his estranged mother Lucinda (Nichelle Nichols). The Young and the Restless air weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
