The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, September 29, 2020, reveal Summer not about to lose Kyle to Lola again. She’s been down that road before and sees that something might be off.
Well, Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Lola’s (Sasha Calle) divorce is finally final, AFTER he already proposed to Summer (Hunter King) and they made plans to move into a new home, courtesy of Nick. While Summer is relieved, Kyle feels bad. After all, he was Lola’s first serious relationship and it went bust? Is she okay?
(Her first serious relationship that went bust, Kyle? It was a marriage that started with a big blowout of a wedding where even Lola’s deadbeat dad came out of the woodwork. Heck, Lola even thought that she was pregnant at one point.)
So, what does Kyle have to do? Visit Lola, of course. He needs to make sure she’s okay so he heads to Society and interrupts Lola in the kitchen. She is having another bad day emotionally and is in a cranky mood as always, but she puts on a smile for Kyle to ensure he doesn’t see how much she’s hurting.
Of course, she does NOT have that smile for Theo (Tyler Johnson), who just sits on a sofa in Society and taunts her — or so it seems. What he really wants her to do is just go after the man she loves, as he knows she still loves Kyle.
Summer seems to know that, too. So, Theo takes some time to taunt her, as well. Theo is just having loads of fun accepting the fact that neither of these women really ever wanted him but will never get over The Great Kyle, who now reminds us of Liam on The Bold and the Beautiful, a man who can never make up his mind between two women. At least for Theo, there are other fish in the sea… The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
