The Young and the Restless Spoilers: A Fourth Of July To Remember

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, July 7, 2020, continues the theme of summer fun in the sun by recalling the 4th of July, 2005, when Gloria decided to prove she was worthy of the title Mrs. John Abbott, Devon hid a secret, and Victor reminded Nikki that he was the light of her life.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights

Gloria (Judith Chapman) faced a lot of opposition in her marriage to John (Jerry Douglas). His kids, Jack (Peter Bergman) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) hated her. Daughter Traci (Beth Maitland) kinda hated her, too, but was too polite to say anything about it. Jack and Ashley were not.

They pointed out that Gloria had lied about her past – including the minor details of still being married to husband Tom (Roscoe Born), a man his own son, Kevin (Greg Rikaart) called Terrible Tom. Not that Jack, Ashley, and Traci’s mother, Dina (Marla Adams) was that great, but at least that fact wasn’t part of her name.

Gloria, however, is determined that she, John, his kids, and her kids will be one big – normal – happy family. And to that end, she is hosting a barbeque on the 4th of July. Attendance is mandatory.

Love, Love Me Do

Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) is sad. Maybe she’s one of those people who can’t stand the sound of fireworks going off at random times in random places. (What, too 2020?) Luckily, Victor (Eric Braeden) is there to remind her that, no matter how sad she may be, there can never be true sadness as long as he is around. Now smile. It’s mandatory.

Secret Lives

Devon (Bryton James) is keeping something from Lily (Christel Khalil), Neil (Kristoff St. John) and Dru (Victoria Rowell). Will they worm it out of him, or let the kid be?
