The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal a whole lotta change with a new creative team thanks to Mal Young’s departure from the show.
But, his material will air into the first part of 2019. According to published reports, here’s what viewers can expect to see in the coming weeks!
The Abbotts
The relationship between Jack (Peter Bergman) and Kerry (Alice Hunter) continues but secrets from her past may alter the course of their lives.
Meanwhile, Billy (Jason Thompson) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) continue growing closer, but her role in the disappearance of J.T. (Thad Luckinbill) as well as a new entity, will affect not only their relationship, but other characters, as well.
Watch for Jill (Jess Walton) to return to Genoa City and bring some surprising news with her. Jill helps a family member who’s in a bit of a jam. As always, Traci (Beth Maitland) is the rock of the Abbott clan.
Victor (Eric Braeden) is back, but evidence continues to mount implicating him in J.T’.s murder.
Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) face trouble when her involvement in J.T.’s disappearance comes to light. Watch for the details about J.T.’s death to be exposed. (FINALLY!)
Genoa City will never be the same as the people connected in this case are thrust into a an even greater mystery as someone comes forward to take the blame for Nikki’s (Melody Thomas Scott) actions!
The Rosaleses
Mia (Noemi Gonzalez) and Rey (Jorid Vilasusos) attempt to give their marriage another go, but outside forces and Mia’s feelings for brother-in-law Arturo (Jason Canela) may keep them from having a future.

The Ashbys
Cane (Daniel Goddard) continues to face life with Lily (Christel Khalil) in prison. When 2019 begins, she’ll have served less than half of her one-year sentence. In order to survive in the big house, Lily is going to have to go through some major changes!
The Baldwins
After being absent for too long, Michael (Christian Jules LeBlanc) and Lauren (Tracey Bregman) become front and center once more as Fen’s (Zach Tinker) music career takes off.
Is Fen’s choice merely a phase or will he make an authentic go of this move?
