The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, June 25, book-ends Joshua Morrow’s 30th anniversary with flashbacks for Sharon Case on hers.
I’ll Be There For You
Nick and Sharon took a walk down memory lane for Faith (Reylynn Castor) when she asked about her parents’ relationship, giving viewers a chance to look at thirty years of their ups and downs. But Sharon had a life outside of Nick, and now it’s her turn to remember it.
Heck, maybe it will even inspire her to keep living it – on-screen, this time. Will we see all the non-Nick men in her life? Will she even remember them?
Act Two
And while Sharon remembers who she is without Nick, Nick goes bouncing back to the woman he always bounces back to when Sharon is unavailable — Phyllis (Michelle Stafford). Sharon may be the one officially diagnosed with bipolar disorder, but Phyllis is the one who is just nuts — and with no interest in stabilizing her behavior.
Phyllis always needs reassurance that she’s wonderful. She’s not. But Nick insists on telling her she is. And looking out for her when any sane man would have long moved on.
Man Versus Man
Devon (Bryton James) and Billy (Jason Thompson) have been squabbling for months. Both are convinced they deserve to run companies neither of them founded. They’ve pulled Lily (Christel Khalil) and Nate (Sean Dominic) into it while Jill (Jess Walton) and Mamie (Veronica Redd) hover on the outskirts. Are you enjoying this corporate battle? Well, stay tuned for more of it.
Devon and Billy have much to say to each other, as Billy assumes his and Lily’s plan will be embraced with pure joy, and Devon knows that Lily isn’t as committed as she seems. Who will come out on top? Well, it’s Genoa City, so our money is on…Victor.
