The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, September 23, prove that he has reached his breaking point, as he takes his anger out on the person he blames for so many of his current problems.
Adam (Mark Grossman) was doing a better job lying about his one night stand with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan), than Chelsea, the professional con-artist. Everything was under control. Until Chelsea blabbed to Billy (Jason Thompson). And Billy blabbed to Sally (Courtney Hope).
Now, not only has Adam lost Sally, but Billy keeps insisting this is all Adam’s fault. Chelsea was an innocent victim. Adam took advantage of her, and he used her, and he knew she would never cheat on Billy unless forced to and — shut up, Billy. A punch to the jaw ought to do it.

Victor (Eric Braeden) couldn’t understand how Victoria (Amelia Heinle) could even consider allowing Billy to save face in this latest corporate battle. Victoria reminded Victor that Billy was Johnny (Paxton Mishkind) and Katie’s (Sierra Mercuri) father. So what, Victor wondered.
Well, Victoria has given it some thought, and she’s decided that still matters to her – even if it doesn’t matter to Victor. So Victoria has made up her mind: She will tip off Billy. Victor isn’t going to like this.
While Billy faces personal and professional troubles, Sally moves on. And she seems to have made a new friend. Audra (Zuleyka Silver — who had a lightbulb moment) is also a bit of a Genoa City outcast. Takes one to know one.
Audra urges Sally to skip getting mad and instead focus on getting even. And you don’t do that by following the rules. You do that playing dirty. Sally knows how to do that. Remember Los Angeles….?
