The Young and the Restless spoilers for March 30-April 3, 2020, reveal a father/son face-off, a conversation between doctor and patient, and so much more.
Victor (Eric Braeden) and Adam (Mark Grossman) meet at Crimson Lights for a talk. While Victor initially believes he and his son are in for some old-fashioned bonding, Adam quickly makes his intentions clear.

Adam is certain that he finally has leverage against his father but spoilers warn that Victor takes matters into his own hands. Might he make a beeline for Adam’s “friend” Alyssa (Maria DiDomenico) and tell the young woman a few truths?
Sharon (Sharon Case) learns that the results of her latest scans are in and she prepares herself to learn whether or not her recent chemotherapy treatments have helped shrink her tumor.
Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) and Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) ask to accompany her to the doctor’s appointment, but Sharon declines the offers.
She insists that she wants to be alone, one on one with her doctor when her prognosis is issued so that she can have her own, visceral reaction to whatever news is given and not worry about appearing strong for any of them.
