The Young and the Restless spoilers for November 4-8, 2019, reveal a week of threats and a scramble to rustle up some cash, ignored warnings, the return of a native daughter, and a whole lot of surprises.
As if life wasn’t already hard enough for poor Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) — what with budding delinquent Connor, his scheming father, and her kinda-sorta romance with Nick (Joshua Morrow) — spoilers reveal that she will now have to tangle with a man who’s well aware of her late husband’s less than sterling character.
In fact, Simon Black (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) knows all about the millions in dirty cash that Chelsea inherited from the late Calvin Boudreau and he warns her to cough up… or else!
But when Chelsea tries to get her hands on the money, Kevin (Greg Rikaart) tells her that it’s a no-go because the government has seized it. Great job, Kevin!
Desperate for cash and unable to turn to Nick, whom she hid the money from in the first place, Chelsea tries to barter with her one source of income– her shares in the Grand Phoenix.
However, her enthusiasm to sell out raises Abby’s (Melissa Ordway) suspicions so Chelsea is left with a deadline (48 hours) and no idea how she will procure the cash. In her desperate hour, Chelsea picks up the phone and calls Kevin and engineers an outrageous scheme.
Despite Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) best efforts to convince Jack (Peter Bergman) not to, the Abbott patriarch reveals that Theo (Tyler Johnson) is a member of the family.
The turn of events leaves Kyle feeling out of sorts, especially since he can’t seem to convince anyone — Lola (Sasha Calle) included — that Theo is up to no good and only interested in what he can take from his new relatives.
