For the Thursday, September 19 episode of The Young and the Restless, spoilers photos show Lily’s fury at Billy’s latest hire while Sharon’s crisis has her family on high alert, but they could be too late. These images preview some intense moments that you will not want to miss.

Lily (Christel Khalil) runs into Devon (Bryton James) and Nate (Sean Dominic) at Crimson Lights. The two guys are having coffee, and Lily looks a little annoyed with whatever they have to say. It seems they’re giving her advice that she doesn’t necessarily want.
Another thing Lily doesn’t want is for Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) and Billy (Jason Thompson) to show up at the coffee shop. Phyllis obviously can’t wait to tell Lily that Billy hired her as his COO at Abbott Chancellor. Lily is suitably outraged to find she’s been fired from the company and essentially replaced with Phyllis (although Phyllis’s position is lesser than Lily’s previous one). Will this make her all the more determined to help Victor (Eric Braeden) bring down Billy?
Mariah (Camryn Grimes), Faith (Reylynn Caster), and Nick (Joshua Morrow) have another meeting of the minds at Society. No doubt they’re discussing the latest with Sharon’s (Sharon Case — who says this is her best storyline ever) deteriorating mental health. Will they figure out a way to help her before it’s too late?
Mariah is at a door that says 523. However, it looks too nice to be the hotel room where Sharon is holed up with her hallucination of Cameron (Linden Ashby). Will Cameron (really her own mind) finally talk her into doing something she can’t take back? Something murderous? It looks like time is running out for Sharon’s family to get her help.
