For the Monday, October 28 episode of The Young and the Restless, spoilers photos show that Jack’s sobriety is in danger of failing while Phyllis is enraged by Daniel’s arrest and Christine showing up to represent him. These images preview some drama-filled moments that you will not want to miss.
Jack (Peter Bergman) has seemed to blow up his whole life recently. He told Diane (Susan Walters) to move out. He also even went so far as to say he wanted an annulment. This seems sudden and somewhat out of the blue. We can’t help but wonder if it’s all an elaborate ruse to get to Victor (Eric Braeden).
It seems to be working because Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) stops by Jack’s house. She’s worried about his sobriety. Jack assures his friend that he’ll be able to hold onto his sobriety, but will he if this isn’t all fake? That remains to be seen.

Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) is furious that Chance (Conner Floyd) arrested Daniel (Michael Graziadei) for Heather’s (Vail Bloom) murder. He holds her arm in a photo below. Then, Chance, Daniel, and Phyllis look at the door to the Genoa City Athletic Club in surprise.
It seems Christine (Lauralee Bell) showed up to be Daniel’s lawyer. Daniel seems pleased (since that’s what he asked for). However, Phyllis isn’t at all happy. She and Christine have words.
Will Phyllis find somebody else to represent her son? It certainly looks like she’s trying because later, she’s with Michael (Christian Le Blanc), and it looks like she’s desperately asking him something. Will Michael be able to ease her fears? Will Michael and Christine represent Daniel together? Check it all out in the slideshow below.
