Young and Restless Spoilers October 30: Lily Won’t Back Down To Anyone

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, October 30, prove that Lily is tired of being taken for granted. She knows what she wants and who she won’t let take it away from her.

Back Off

Lily (Christel Khalil) figured out that Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victor (Eric Braeden) were playing her. Even when they denied it. Victor thinks now that he’s admitted it, Lily should just go along with the program. After all, Victor was honest with her. That gives him the moral high ground again. (Not that he ever lost it. Yet more proof about how Victor is superior to everyone else, including Lily.)

But Lily isn’t going to be manipulated by Victor or Nikki. She won’t take second position to Victor’s wife. And she needs Nikki to pass that message on to Victor.

Wet Behind the Years

While Nikki is off handling Lily, on Victor’s orders, Victor has another whippersnapper to discipline. Victor needs to remind Kyle (Michael Mealor) that his current corporate position is entirely at Victor’s pleasure. And Victor can yank it away the minute he feels even mildly displeased. This is evidenced by his perpetual grimace, which is frequent and for no reason.

Now that Kyle has burned his bridges with his parents, he’s got nowhere else to go except Victor’s magnanimous good graces. So, listen up, my boy, do what you’re told. Or ask Adam (Mark Grossman) what happens when you don’t.

Running an Errand

Are we the only ones who’ve lost track of Sally’s (Courtney Hope) professions? She was a designer back on The Bold and the Beautiful. And for a while on Y&R. But she also worked for Newman Media, was an interior designer, and then went back to clothes with Lauren (Tracey Bregman) and Summer (Allison Lanier).

Well, now Sally has a new assignment! Let’s see how long this lasts.
