The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, October 11, prove that Victor has been re-watching The Empire Strikes Back. Remember the scene where Lando objects to Vader changing their terms, and Vader warns, “Pray I don’t change it again?” Yeah, that’s what Victor does to Lily.

From the beginning, Victor (Eric Braeden) was lying through his teeth to Lily (Christel Khalil — who made a beautiful bride) so that she would help him take Abbott-Chancellor away from Billy (Jason Thompson). Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) didn’t think that was a nice thing to do, but Victor dismissed her concerns. This is how moguls do business. Grow up, Women Who He Calls My Baby.
Until now, Victor has been pulling the wool over Lily’s eyes. But he doesn’t even have patience for that anymore. Victor lays out the new rules for Lily. She’d better be delighted lest Victor change the rules on her…again. (Imagine it in Darth Vader’s voice…with Victor’s accent.)
The Way We Were
Kyle (Michael Nealor) betrayed his family to prove to Victor what a great businessman he is. Diane (Susan Walters) is angry at Kyle. Jack (Peter Bergman) is angry at Diane. Claire (Hayley Erin) is confused.
Jack tries to explain their complicated family dynamics. Considering Claire was kidnapped as an infant, presumed dead, and raised by an aunt who tried to kill her entire family, then Claire herself…does Jack really think he can shock her?

Third Wheel
Nate (Sean Dominic) is back in Genoa City. Did we know he left? The last time we saw him, he was making Audra’s (Zuleyka Silver) life harder, but he thinks he is helping.
Now, Nate has some new information that he believes will be useful to Audra. Does he know she’s been fired? Does he know Kyle outsmarted her? How embarrassing.
