Young and the Restless Spoilers June 19: Claire Meets Her Siblings

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, June 19, bring Claire face-to-face with Johnny and Katie. How will she respond to no longer being the center of Victoria’s attention?

Congratulations, It’s a Girl

Victoria (Amelia Heinle) swore she told Johnny (Paxton Mishkind) and Katie all about their new sister. But it’s one thing to hear about it. And another to finally see her, right there in the flesh (and questionable outfit).

The part where Claire (Hayley Erin) turned out to be the non-dead Eve shouldn’t be too much of a surprise to them. It’s Genoa City, after all. Victor (Eric Braeden) came back from the dead. So did Adam (Mark Grossman). So did Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson). So did Phyllis (Michelle Stafford). But those people were adults and not new siblings. This feels more personal.

Another One Bites the Dust

Since we haven’t seen Katie recently, we don’t know what she’s like. But only last year poor Johnny found out that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) is his biological mother, which made Connor (Judah Mackey) his half-brother. Granted, everyone focused on what this meant for precious, sensitive Connor.

Johnny was left to process everything pretty much on his own. We hope Victoria will do better this time with the Claire introduction. If not, Johnny will have all the reasons in the world to rebel.

Odd Man Out

But something is missing from this picture: Victoria’s oldest son, Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu). We haven’t heard about him since all this Claire drama started.

How does he feel about no longer being Victoria’s oldest? How does he feel about Johnny and Katie meeting Claire first? How does he feel about Victoria bending over backwards to reconnect with her long-lost daughter…while she sent Reed off to live with JT (Thad Luckinbill) and didn’t seem particularly considered about meeting all of his major milestones? We don’t know. Will we ever find out?
