The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, July 10, remind Sharon that she isn’t home-free as her past comes back to haunt her in the most disruptive way possible.
What Was Is
We haven’t seen Sharon (Sharon Case) for a while. The last time we did catch a glimpse of her, she was telling Nick (Joshua Morrow) that her doctor was adjusting her bipolar medication…while also remembering that Daniel was involved with Cassie’s (Camryn Grimes) death.
Oh, and then she and Nick told Faith (Reylynn Caster) about how they cheated to conceive her. That was…appropriate. These are not good signs. This suggests Sharon might be getting sick again. And with Daniel back in town, this is not a good time for Sharon to lose control of her emotions.
The Other Party
As Sharon wrestles with the ghosts of her past, Daniel looks ahead to his future — unaware of what she is going through. Now that he and Heather (Vail Bloom) have lost their jobs, now that he’s lost control of the video game he developed for Lucy (Lily Brooks O’Briant), now that he has decided to keep his distance from Phyllis (Michelle Stafford), what reason does Daniel have for staying in Genoa City. Heather can still work anywhere. Why don’t they focus on her career for a change? And get out of Sharon’s sight line sooner rather than later.
The Man ‘Splains
Audra (Zuleyka Silver — who made a big change) has a lifetime more business experience than Nate (Sean Dominic) does. When she schemes, she doesn’t get found out and fired. Well, at least not as many times as Nate does.
And yet, Nate thinks he is in a position to offer Audra advice on working with Kyle (Michael Mealor). To be fair, Audra didn’t see the hilarious temper tantrum Kyle threw at Jack’s (Peter Bergman), when he swore he was a big boy who was so much smarter than his daddy! Maybe if Nate had seen that, he’d have had a reason for telling Audra to stay away from that man-child. This way, he just sounds silly.
