The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, September 14, find Sally in the position of asking Adam for help. Plus, things get dangerous for Jack as his plan for Patty goes off the rails.

Key Takeaways

  • Sally needs Adam’s help.
  • Jack takes a risk to trap Patty.
  • Victor collects blackmail.

Sally Turns to Adam When She Can’t Count on Billy

Sally (Courtney Hope) is basically on her own. Billy (Jason Thompson) swears he’ll be there for her and their baby. But then he gets distracted by something shiny, and off he goes. Every time Sally turns around, Billy is putting something — or someone — else ahead of them and their burgeoning family.

Which is why, when the chips seem down, Sally turns to someone she can trust — Adam (Mark Grossman). Her ask probably has to do with Billy, but it still feels like a step in the right direction.

Jack Risks Everything to Finally Put a Stop to Patty

Jack (Peter Bergman) is determined to bring down Patty (Stacy Haiduk). For good this time. Why he thinks this time will be any different, we’re not sure.

But Jack is going full speed ahead. And making himself a target for his crazy ex-wife. Will he put his life on the life… to protect his family? And what kind of victory would that be?

Diane (Susan Walters), Billy, and Kyle (Michael Mealor) are all in on it. Which means there are so many more places where it could go wrong.

Victor Goes Looking for Ammunition

Victor (Eric Braeden) isn’t satisfied unless he is twisting a knife into somebody’s back. It doesn’t even really matter who; he just gets off on the power trip.

Now that he’s decided the Abbotts have wronged him again, it’s time to collect information he can use to bring them down. At least, that’s what Victor is telling himself. We know it’s just because, if he isn’t putting somebody down, he might be forced to take a look at himself. And we don’t blame him for wanting to avoid that.
