Young and the Restless Spoilers: It’s Cole’s Turn To Feel Victor’s Wrath

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, June 5, continue Victor’s “I Blame You” Tour. This time, it’s ex-son-in-law, Cole.

What Do You Mean You’re Not Fired?

We’re not sure if Victor (Eric Braeden) has an actual bullet-pointed list of people he needs to yell at for betraying him or whether it’s more spontaneous, whoever happens to be standing in front of him at the time (surely, everyone deserves a Victor Newman Lecture of Enlightenment).

But, the reality is that after firing Michael (Christian J. LeBlanc) for doing his job as an officer of the court, he now has a few choice words for Cole (J. Eddie Peck) for daring to point out that it’s wrong to keep someone illegally imprisoned in your wine cellar, even if she is a horrible person. Victor could fire Michael. He can’t fire Cole. But, since he’s no longer married to Victoria (Amelia Heinle), there is an empty prison sitting all sad and unused, right there under the Newman Ranch.

Truth Be Told

Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Traci (Beth Maitland) went to Paris for some answers. But they didn’t expect to get them from Alan (Christopher Cousins). They’ve all been trying to figure out what happened to Ashley in France that completely broke her psyche.

Ashley doesn’t remember anything traumatic. All her interactions with Alan were positive, even the one she remembers them having that Alan doesn’t remember having because he was out of the country at the time. But, um, Ashley, did Alan ever mention that he has an identical twin brother?

New Year, New Me

Now that Summer (Allison Lanier) has accepted Claire (Hayley Erin) being Harrison’s (Redding Munsell) nanny, Nikki’s (Melody Thomas Scott) former executive assistant can wholly embark on her new life. She’s got the job she wants, the parents she’s always wanted, and, literally, a pony.

Now, all that’s missing is a love interest for Claire. But who is she going to meet as a little boy’s faithful companion? Why, the only adult she’ll run into day to day is…Kyle (Michael Mealor).
