For the week of February 12 – February 16 on The Young and the Restless, spoilers tease characters acting erratic, enraged, and exasperated. And that’s just Ashley Abbott. Yes, you don’t want to miss a minute.
Betrayals and Breakdowns
Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) has just returned to Genoa City from Paris. And already she’s feeling backed into a corner — by her family. Unfortunately, for her, they’re on board with Tucker’s (Trevor St. John) version of the events that ended their short-lived marriage. As a result, she accuses her family of betraying her.
Her week really doesn’t get any better. Because, once again, she and Tucker share a heated exchange where he probably gloats that he was right and she was wrong. Let’s hope Audra (Zuleyka Silver) doesn’t witness this interaction so she can’t, again, accuse him of being unable to let Ashley go. Then, Ashley experiences a painful reminder of her past. Hmm…you mean back in the day when she had a breakdown? What is going on here and does Tucker have something to do with this madness?
Comfort and Control
These days Billy’s (Jason Thompson) feeling himself. He has a solid relationship with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan). Right now, he’s the one doing the comforting. She’s constantly worrying about Connor (Judah Mackey) and his struggles at school. Consequently, he’s able to give her his trusty parental advice.
Professionally, Billy Boy’s back at Chancellor-Winters. But without Lily (Christel Khalil) there, it’s a whole new ballgame. Especially since he has a natural alliance with Jill (Jess Walton) and Chance (Conner Floyd). However, there is tension building between Billy and Devon (Bryton James). Could these alpha dog-type executives be gearing up for an in-house power struggle? The answer to that question is: YES.
Odds and Ends
The Great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden, who’s celebrating 44 years on as Victor) is mixing it up with some scheming here and demanding answers there. On top of that, he’s revealing shocking news to his wife. What happens when Victoria (Amelia Heinle) spills to Cole (J. Eddie Cole) that her father has gone too far? What’s he guilty of doing?
Elsewhere, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) is trying her best to “reconnect” with Danny (Michael Damian). Now she’s reconnecting with Nick (Joshua Morrow). And while they’re together they run into Summer (Allison Lanier) and Chance out on a date.
Apparently, Jordan’s (Colleen Zenk) decided to resurface from that prison fire she may or may not have started. Unluckily for Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), she finds a new way to target and torment her nemesis. Sounds like Nikki needs to rely on friends, family, anyone who can help. And Victor’s security team better not drop the ball, either.
