The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, December 2 prove that Phyllis plans to exit the old year and enter the new one the same way that she always does, hating Sharon, and not letting little things like facts get in the way of making wild accusations.
Do What You Did When You Did
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) just knows that Sharon (Sharon Case) is the one who ran her off the road. Who cares that she remembers it was actually a truck and not Sharon’s car? That’s not the point. The point is that Phyllis *feels* victimized by Sharon, and, as the young people say, this is all that matters.
Phyllis feels like Sharon is the villain and thus the villain she is. Earlier, Phyllis announced her intention to yell and scream at Sharon until Sharon confessed to whatever Phyllis wanted her to. It’s such a winning strategy. Why quit now?
Phyllis gets Summer (Allison Lanier) to join her. And why limit the yelling and screaming just to Phyllis’ accident or to Sharon’s treatment of Daniel and Lucy (Lily Brooks O’Briant), when Phyllis can throw in all their past grievances to — all which come down to: How dare Nick (Joshua Morrow) still love you?

Boss Lady
Victor (Eric Braeden) made Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) the new CEO of Chancellor Industries. Why? Because that’s what Victor wanted, that’s why. But why did Victor want this? Short of sticking his thumbs in his ears and wagging his fingers at Billy while singing, “Nyah, nyah, nyah, nyah, nyah, I am great and you’re a loser.” We’re still not sure. And, certainly, his affection for Kay (Jeanne Cooper) was the least of it. Victor has a master plan up his sleeve. That he’s not telling anyone about. Not even the people from whom Victor insists all honesty, all the time — or else!
