Hoping to help her husband, Diane (Susan Walters) turns to her good friend, Michael (Christian Le Blanc). Michael is a lawyer. He knows that what Victor did is illegal. He knows that it was malicious and petty, just like Victor.
Michael tried to talk Victor out of it, but, like with Nikki, Victor suggested that any disagreement would be treated akin to treason. Surely, Michael doesn’t want Victor to shut him out again, does he? Was being disfavored by Victor not the worst, saddest, more tragic time of Michael’s life? Even worse than the abusive stepfather? Worse than being in prison?
