The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, April 3, bring out Lauren and Michael to do battle with the Newmans when Lauren has a favor to ask Nikki, and Victor has an order to give Michael.

Victor (Eric Braeden) isn’t quite ready to forgive Michael (Christian Le Blanc) for looking out for Victor’s best interests and keeping him from going to jail for kidnapping Jordan (Colleen Zenk) and holding her prisoner. Michael made a decision about Victor without checking with Victor first. That’s what we call a big no-no in Genoa City.
Michael begged Victor’s forgiveness for taking care of him. Victor is still thinking about it. He has a series of tests he needs Michael to pass before Victor will be willing to pat him on the head again, like a good puppy. This time around, Michael needs to get Victor Aristotle Dumas. And maybe then he’ll be back in Victor’s good graces.

Other Side of Town
Michael’s wife isn’t thrilled that her husband is so solicitous of Victor, but Lauren (Tracey Bregman) has learned to keep those feelings to herself — more or less. It doesn’t stop her from going to Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), however, and trying to work out a deal behind Victor’s back.
If she can’t keep Michael away from Victor completely, the least Lauren can do is make sure he doesn’t end up in jail in his quest to protect Victor. Or, worse, in the morgue.
Fretful Friends
Traci (Beth Maitland) fears that Alan (Christopher Cousins) is actually Martin. So she flew off to Paris to confront a potential murderer on her own. We don’t blame Diane (Susan Walters) for being worried. We just don’t see her doing anything about it. Telling Jack (Peter Bergman) that she has concerns is hardly going to help the situation.
