The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Monday, May 28 promise lots of memories for Memorial Day!
Victor either doesn’t remember what happened the last time he pitted his children against each other… or more likely, doesn’t care.
Sharon and Nick learn that not everyone is ecstatic about their reunion, and Jack wants answers from Kyle about his son’s betrayal.
Sibling Squabbles
Victor (Eric Braeden) offered Nick (Joshua Morrow) a new job at Newman and, despite much opposition, including from Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Sharon, Nick decided to take it.
What Victor didn’t tell Nick was that he’d be taking over for Victoria (Amelia Heinle). Victoria is not ecstatic about the development, and confronts her brother.
Will they fight among themselves, or join forces to keep Ashley (Eileen Davidson) away from their mutual birthright? And what role will Abby (Melissa Ordway) play if she’s stuck in the middle?
Most Popular Couple
In order to butter Nick up, Victor claimed to be all for Nick and Sharon (Sharon Case) getting back together.
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) was less sanguine about it, mostly because she knows Sharon is keeping a whopper of a secret from Nick – which affects Nikki and Victoria – but she was willing to grin and bear it.

Let Down
Jack (Peter Bergma) expected Kyle (Michael Mealor) to side with dear old dad and resign from Jabot in a huff, like he did.
Kyle is playing the long game, and thinks he’ll be better off staying where he is. Jack would like to discuss this decision with his prodigal offspring… at a rather high volume.
