Scenes from Genoa City and Las Vegas
Ruh roh. Nick (Joshua Morrow, who appears on the SOAPY Podcast this week) may be in real trouble here. Well, more trouble than he is already getting into in Las Vegas. His addiction journey has started, and he’s spiraling. But his main mission is to find Matt Clark (Roger Howarth). And he’s about to achieve that goal. The weekly teasers reveal that Matt Clark backs Nick into a corner. So it looks like we may finally see these two face off.
Risa (Tina Casciani) and Matt are partners in every sense of the word. While Matt and Nick end up in the same room, Matt is also on a collision course with Adam (Mark Grossman). It all depends on when Risa feels it’s time for the two men in her life to meet.
Speaking of which, the teasers also suggest that Adam plays with fire in Vegas. Actually, that’s what he has been doing since he reconnected with Risa and leaned into the dark “Spider” side of him. To get close to Risa and earn her trust, he has to do things that will undoubtedly affect his relationship with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) when he gets back to Genoa City. Does he double down on the darkness on Friday?
Since returning to Genoa City, Dr. Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) has set up shop at Crimson Lights. It’s where she broke the news to Holden (Nathan Owens) and Malcolm (Shemar Moore) that they are father and son. Stephanie is pictured with Sharon (Sharon Case) in the photos above. Did the two ever cross paths back in the day?
Things look a bit intense with Malcolm, Stephanie, Lily (Christel Khalil), and Holden. And why wouldn’t it? So much information has been revealed, and it has changed their lives forever. Stephanie and Malcolm are Holden’s parents. Lily and Holden are siblings. Malcolm has aplastic anemia, and Holden may be able to save his life by providing his bone marrow.
And on Friday’s agenda, Lily is set to take matters into her own hands to help Malcolm. We know she’s unable to provide bone marrow because of her history with cancer. So what does she take it upon herself to do?
