The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, June 11, put Nikki in a position where she can do some good. Instead of trying to turn Victor into something like a decent human being, Nikki is helping Nick get past his addiction to drugs. Plus, Victor makes a shocking business move.

Key Takeaways

  • Nikki comes to Nick’s aid.
  • Stephanie has something major to tell Nate.
  • Victor continues plotting, even though there is no longer a need to plot.

Nikki Helps Nick Face the Reality of Recovery

We can only hope that Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) has washed her hands of Victor (Eric Braeden). He certainly hasn’t given her happiness a moment’s thought. But she does have something actually important to deal with. Nick (Joshua Morrow) got addicted to drugs while chasing Matt (Roger Howarth).

Sure, he told Sharon (Sharon Case) that he was doing great, going to meetings, taking medication, and, basically, that this has been no more complicated for him than a juice cleanse. But Nikki knows it isn’t that easy in the long term. And she is there to help guide her son through what will be the bad days.

Stephanie Shares a Life-Changing Secret With Nate

Stephanie (Vivica A. Fox) accepted Nate’s (Sean Dominic) invitation to return to Genoa City and take a job as Chief of Staff at the hospital. She and Lily (Christel Khalil) also tried to guilt Malcolm (Shemar Moore) into making the move.

After all, his newfound son is here. Doesn’t Malcolm want to get to know Holden (Nathan Owens) better? But is that the only reason Stephanie is making these major life changes? She turns to Nate for a confession. Which he then won’t be able to un-hear.

Victor Makes Cane His Next Target

Victor has his company back. Matt no longer seems to be a threat to his family. Victor can take a chill pill. But Victor can’t rest easy as long as everyone he hates isn’t suffering.

Cane (Billy Flynn) isn’t dead, in prison, or begging for Victor’s forgiveness. That must not be allowed to stand. That will not be allowed to stand.
