Over at CBS sister soap, The Bold and the Beautiful, Obba Babatunde is back on the scene as Julius Avant. He made his first appearance on October 23 in scenes with Delon de Metz, who plays his estranged son-in-law, Zende.

Brock Kelly returns to DAYS as Evan Frears, this week. The character, who was sent off to Bayview Sanitarium last May, will share scenes with his TV dad, George DelHoyo’s Orpheus, and Deidre Hall’s Marlena.

DAYS has also cast a new actor to portray Theo Carver. Cameron Johnson will take over the role of Abe (James Reynolds) and the late Lexie’s (Renee Jones) autistic son in November. The actor’s credits include 9-11, Criminal Minds, and The Mick.

Theo was last seen in 2018 when he moved to South Africa to begin rehabilitation therapy after surviving a gunshot. At the time, the character was portrayed by Kyler Pettis, who won a Daytime Emmy for his efforts.
