The Young and the Restless isn’t being seen for two days this week due to the CBS coverage of March Madness, the NCAA basketball tournament, but that doesn’t mean viewers have to go without their favorite soap until Monday!
Tomorrow, CBS will debut short-form video on Y&R’s Facebook page that will give viewers a sneak peek at the show’s upcoming thrilling 45th-anniversary episode.
As previously reported, characters from different eras of Y&R will be returning to the show for the birthday celebration.
Viewers will enjoy seeing back on the show Jaime Lyn Bauer (Lorie) and Janice Lynde (Leslie) from the ’70s, Meg Bennett (Julia) from the ’80s, and Lauren Woodland (Brittany), David Lago (Raul), and Kelly Kruger (Mac) from the early 2000s.
While these players are returning especially for the anniversary, it’s possible that some may be sticking around a bit longer!
Y&R left off on Wednesday with few cliffhangers – Nick (Joshua Morrow) spotting his mother, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), sharing an intimate greeting with a shirtless Arturo (Jason Canela). Also, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) faced her father Victor (Eric Braeden) and her punishment for the sneaky tricks she pulled at work is forthcoming!
In the meantime, check out the awesome The Bold and the Beautiful sneak peek below to see what’s going on in the search for who shot Bill.
The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for airtimes.
