Every time The Young and the Restless’s Victoria Newman thought she’d gotten a grasp on who her fiance was – and who he used to be – Ashland Locke would come up with yet another story to explain why he wasn’t completely honest about the previous story.

It was one thing when the secrets had to do with Ashland’s (Richard Burgi) personal life. But now that she knows he forged a will to inherit the money that allowed him to start his media empire – and that empire has now merged with her empire – which means they’re both at risk, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) is reconsidering her options. Should she still marry Ashland? What over 2,000 of you had to say about her decision:
Liar, Liar
Victoria has already been married to one liar, 60% of you point out, his name was Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). She doesn’t need to marry another one. Ashland’s past lies could bring down Newman Media’s future. And if Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has taught his children anything on The Young and the Restless, it’s that the company always comes first.

The Young and the Restless: Love Lines
Victoria loves Ashland, 25% of the audience shrugs, and that should be all that matters. Earlier this year, she was lamenting about being lonely and thinking about getting back together with Billy. Ashland is the answer to her prayers. Not to mention A) her dad is crazy about him – and how often does that happen? And B) The guy has a terminal illness, right? He’ll be dead soon. Once he’s dead, Victoria can claim ignorance about the whole forged will thing, and end up with both companies scott-free!
Shack Up
On the other hand, 15% point out, Victoria could have the best of both worlds by staying with Ashland… but not marrying him. That way, she won’t be lonely… but she won’t be liable either.
