RUMOR ALERT: Mishael Morgan BACK On The Young and the Restless To Stay?

We’ve certainly been seeing a lot of Mishael Morgan and Hilary as of late on The Young and the Restless. Too bad it’s only been in Devon’s grieving and addled mind. But, is that about to change?

According to TV Source, word is that YR has re-hired the actress and that certainly doesn’t sound like a few Hilary smiles here and there to taunt Devon and get in the way of his new romance with Elena. TV Source also says the show would only confirm the Hilary ghost appearances.

Hilary was surprisingly killed last year when she and her unborn baby were in a car accident caused by Lily. Devon’s rage at his sister’s machinations that led to the crash caused him to seek jail time for Lily, which she has served.

The decision to kill Hilary came when YR and Morgan couldn’t agree on the terms of a new contract. Since then, Morgan has had a real-life blessing, giving birth to a daughter to join her pre-school-age son.

Meanwhile, Devon has gone on mourning Hilary and the baby he lost and was dealt another blow when his father, Neil, died following Kristoff St. John’s unexpected death in real life.

If these rumors are true, it would open up a ton of new story for Devon and give YR a character whose unique edge never fails to entertain.
