The Y&R spoilers recap for Friday, February 25, 2022, brings shocking news for Jack Abbott about his son. Meanwhile, Victor Newman warns Adam Newman that all hell will soon break loose while Ashland Locke blindsides Victoria Newman Locke with a title change request. Plus, Nate Hastings eases Dominic’s parents’ worries.

Y&R Spoilers Recap Highlights

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) went to the Abbott mansion to help Jack (Peter Bergman) look for details on Hal Nguyen. Jack wondered if Keemo not only took on his grandfather’s last name but also his first name.

Phyllis sussed out that whoever Hal was, he owned quite a bit of property. Later, though, Jack found something stunning — an obituary. While Phyllis noted that the obituary was very basic, Jack realized the date of birth lined up with the same year his son, Keemo Abbott had been born. Then, the reality of the situation hit him when Jack found a memorial website with Keemo’s picture on it. Jack’s son is dead!

Young and the Restless: Making it Official

Victor (Eric Braeden) yelled at Victoria for how she treated Adam (Mark Grossman) as CEO of Newman Media. He forcefully told his daughter that nobody, even Ashland (Robert Newman), puts limitations on his children. He demanded that Victoria make her brother feel welcome in the family business.

After Victoria walked in on Ashland berating somebody for the doctor in Peru talking, he had to make up some lies on the spot to try to smooth it over. Because Victoria didn’t hear enough, he managed to convince her. Ashland teared up and told his wife that he doesn’t feel like himself unless he’s in charge of a major corporation. He suggested that they become co-CEOs of Newman Locke, and Victoria agreed to make the changes ASAP, noting that she wasn’t going to listen to her father’s warnings.

Y&R Spoilers Recap: You Can Count On Me

Meanwhile, Adam had a change of heart about spying on Ashland for his father. He let The Mustache know that he could count on him when it came to being his eyes and ears at Newman Locke. Victor appreciated his younger son’s words and warned him that all hell would break loose soon.

Victor also let his wife, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), in on what Michael Baldwin (Christian Le Blanc) found out about their son-in-law. Nikki warned her husband to take it all with a grain of salt. She didn’t want Victor to upset Victoria now that their daughter is finally happy.

Y&R: Man of the Hour

At the Chancellor mansion, Nate (Sean Dominic) stopped by with the specialist to check on Dominic while the other adults stressed over Dom’s recovery. Abby Chancellor (Melissa Ordway), Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd), Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), and Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) learned that Dominic is recovering beautifully. However, Nate warned them about the risks of infection.

Nate, Amanda, and Devon met with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) at Crimson Lights. They raved about how Dom Six Names with his three loving parents is the very luckiest boy in all the land. Nate also let his cousin know that he was leaving the medical field, which surprised Devon. In fact, Devon offered Nate a position at Hamilton Winters, making it the man of the hour’s third job offer of the week, despite his lack of business experience.

Chance called Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) for the list of recommended therapists she had for him. Sharon stopped by with the details, and Abby thanked her while Chance called and finally made himself an appointment to get some help.
