The Young and the Restless (YR) Recap: Victoria Knocks Abby Out Of Newman!

The Young and the Restless (YR) recap for Monday, November 6 features a struggle for power as Victoria told Victor she expects him to bounce Abby as his heir–and so much more.

Kid Appeal
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) agreed to let Newman Enterprises absorb Brash & Sassy, but she had some conditions. The most important one was that Victor make her COO — and his heir. She pointed out that Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Noah (Robert Adamson) aren’t interested — they don’t even know if they’re going to relaunch The Underground.

And Abby (Melissa Ordway) has terrible judgment. She wanted to move in with Zack (Ryan Ashton) of all people. Victoria is his best bet. An amused and impressed Victor agreed.

Home Less
Jack (Peter Bergman) picked up Billy (Jason Thompson) from the hospital and Billy said take him to Phyllis’s (Gina Tognoni)! Phyllis said, take him somewhere else. Jack brought Billy to the Abbott house, but, when Victoria asked, he wouldn’t go as far as to welcome Billy back to Jabot.

Out Of the Past
Hilary (Mishael Morgan) does not react well to being dissed. And no, throwing a drink in Jordan’s (Darnell Kirkwood) face did not make them even.

Hilary went digging into Jordan’s mysterious past — and she expected Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) to help her. Chelsea said nahhh. Hilary suggested she really should. Chelsea wondered if that was threat. Nah, Hilary said, she’s just offering her a helpful life tip.

Chelsea went to Jordan and told him to shut his vengeful ex down before they both regret it. So, Jordan reminded Hilary that he still has those nude photos he took of her. Hilary wouldn’t want those released, would she?

Is Jordan kidding? Hilary is from the ‘all press is good press’ school. She’d likely love it!
