The Young and the Restless recap for Wednesday, June 5 features Victoria and Billy’s re-commitment ceremony, which Phyllis and Adam crashed. But first, Victor had a confession for Nikki, and, later, Kyle had a question for Lola.
Blood Will Tell
Abby (Melissa Ordway) blabbed to Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) about the text Nate (Sean Dominic) got from Victor (Eric Braeden) about treatment.
Nikki confronted her husband, who admitted that he has a blood disorder, but he won’t let it kill him. He’s Victor. He has that kind of power. Nikki lied to Abby that everything was fine with her dad.
Count Me Out
Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) told Adam (Mark Grossman) she won’t let him manipulate her into hurting Nick (Joshua Morrow). Adam tried anyway.
The pair decided to crash Billy (Jason Thomspon) and Victoria’s (Amelia Heinle) re-commitment ceremony. The non-bride and groom were furious and sent their kids out of the room before admonishing Adam and Phyllis.
Summer (Hunter King) wasn’t exactly ecstatic about the fool her mom is making of herself, either. Phyllis berated Summer for siding with the Abbotts after the way Kyle (Michael Mealor) treated her.
Victor was disappointed by Adam’s behavior but declined to unleash the full “You’re no son of mine!” treatment. Nikki ushered him away first. Adam taunted Nick that he would end up raising Christian.
Nick told Phyllis that she and Adam were exactly alike, and a hurt Phyllis told Adam she was in – let’s bring down Dark Horse and use it to get Adam his boy back!
Paper Cut
On a romantic high after the non-wedding, Kyle proposed to Lola (Sasha Calle) with a paper ring. He promised to get her a real one soon. Just don’t make it too expensive, Kyle. You know how Lola can get…
