The Young and the Restless recap for Thursday, May 16 features Adam asking questions about Delia — and not liking either the answers he gets, or who they came from. Also, Rey continued to protect Mia, and Abby learned, once again, how little she means to Victor.

Big Delia
Adam (Mark Grossman) found a photo of Delia and asked Sharon (Sharon Case) who she was. Sharon called in Billy (Jason Thompson) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) — Sharon suspected Victor (Eric Braeden) deliberately left the photo to trigger Adam’s memories.

Billy told Adam he killed Delia and burned the evidence. Adam appeared horrified and insisted he’s sorry. Billy snapped he couldn’t be sorry if he claimed he couldn’t remember.

Last One To Know
Abby (Melissa Ordway) was stunned to see that Adam was alive — and that all of Victor’s other children already knew. She called her dad, furious and convinced he didn’t love her as much as the others. (Hey, Abby, Brad loved you even when he knew you weren’t his biologically. Maybe you should go back to calling yourself Abby Carlton?)

Nate (Sean Dominic) tried to cheer her up, but Abby insisted she was done with men. Nate intended to change her mind.

Forget About It
Mia (Noemi Gonzalez), Arturo (Jason Canela), and Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) bickered as they waited for paternity test results. Rey took some responsibility for the situation when he admitted his feelings for Mia changed and he refused to acknowledge that. Arturo and Mia wanted to move back to Miami, but she was scared she’d be sent back to jail.

Rey met with Paul (Doug Davidson), who admitted there’s no point in pressing charges if neither Lola (Sasha Calle) nor Abby would testify about Mia confessing to them. He wasn’t happy that Rey covered up evidence, but let him walk for…being a good guy?
