On The Young and the Restless, Monday, May 26 episode, Phyllis makes a pitch that could blow up Chancellor, Amanda dodges landmines from every direction, and Kyle walks right into Audra’s trap despite Claire’s warnings.
What Happened on Y&R?
At the GCAC, Claire (Hayley Erin) shared a funny moment from Nikki’s (Melody Thomas Scott) workday with Kyle (Michael Mealor), but their light banter quickly shifted when he admitted he was meeting Audra (Zuleyka Silver) about a mysterious business proposal. Claire offered to tag along, but Kyle insisted he’d get more out of a solo conversation.
Meanwhile, Audra sat alone in the jazz lounge until Holden (Nathan Owens) showed up, pushing her buttons about Kyle. She brushed him off, and when Kyle arrived, Holden made himself scarce.
Audra pitched a marketing war between Vibrante and Jabot, leaning into their messy Glissade history and proposing a viral campaign full of influencer drama and fake text leaks. Kyle listened, intrigued but skeptical. He knew any press would benefit her more than him.
Upstairs, Claire ran into Holden and learned that he knew Audra. She was suspicious of his interest in Kyle and Audra’s dynamic. When he brought up her ties to Victor, she tried to play it cool.
Kyle and Audra eventually returned. Claire claimed everything was fine, but once Audra left, Kyle admitted she’d proposed a big idea, and while it was outrageous, he wasn’t ready to hand her a win.

Not So Friendly Banter
Elsewhere, Billy (Jason Thompson) and Sally (Courtney Hope) took a break from jogging in the park. She made it clear she still didn’t trust Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) and considered her a threat. Billy tried to downplay it, but Sally reminded him that Phyllis’ threats weren’t just empty words.
Across town at Crimson Lights, Amanda (Mishael Morgan) made a call to Dumas about the Winters family wanting a meeting. Phyllis overheard and immediately pounced. She pretended the run-in was fate and pushed Amanda to help arrange a meeting with Dumas. Amanda reminded her that he wasn’t interested. But Phyllis wouldn’t let it go.
Phyllis launched into a new pitch: what if Dumas planned a takeover of Chancellor, and they ran it together? She even offered Amanda a top exec spot. Amanda was appalled and made it clear she wanted stability, not chaos. Phyllis insisted they’d “rock,” but Amanda wasn’t buying it.
Billy and Sally arrived. Phyllis snapped, accusing them of betrayal and threatening to make them regret underestimating her. She mocked Sally’s relationships with Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Adam (Mark Grossman), and Sally responded with pity, saying Phyllis clearly had steam to blow off. With a smug grin, Phyllis declared she’d blow everyone out of the water and walked off.
Later, Billy asked Amanda if Phyllis was actually up to something. Amanda said they’d all have to wait and see.
