On Tuesday, June 10, The Young and the Restless brought intense moments, including Billy and Sally’s discussion about their upcoming trip, Chelsea’s growing concerns over Adam’s actions, and a tense conversation about the mysterious Dumas.
Billy and Sally’s Upcoming Trip
At the GCAC bar, Billy (Jason Thompson) and Sally (Courtney Hope) discussed their excitement about an upcoming trip. Sally, who was eager to dive into the unknown, admitted she was excited despite her worries about the event’s expectations.
Billy was determined to keep them on track, but also mentioned how risky the entire situation was, especially when it came to uncovering who Dumas really was. Sally assumed Billy was talking about joining the mile-high club, but he corrected her, explaining that their goal was to investigate Dumas’ plans. They both wondered what the event would reveal and if they could leverage it to their advantage.
Billy believed the event could provide a bargaining chip. Despite Sally’s growing concerns about the dangers of attending, he reassured her that there would be time for rest, relaxation, and romance.
Sally wasn’t as convinced. She worried that Dumas was playing a dangerous game, using everyone involved to his advantage. The conversation turned to Phyllis (Michelle Stafford), and Sally voiced her concerns about the woman’s tendency to stir trouble. Billy assured her that they could handle whatever came their way.

Chelsea Confronts Nikki About Victor’s Schemes
Meanwhile, at Society, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) ran into Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan). Nikki asked her about her relationship with Adam (Mark Grossman) and her position at Newman Media.
Chelsea revealed that Victor (Eric Braeden) had been causing problems by pushing Adam to attack Billy. She acknowledged that Victor’s demands were petty and unfair, but Nikki urged her to focus on handling Adam.
Chelsea expressed her wish to stop the decades-long vendetta between the Newmans and Abbotts from spilling over into the next generation, especially with Billy as a target. Nikki advised her to offer Victor a deal to keep Billy off the attack list. Chelsea began to consider the idea of making Victor an offer he couldn’t refuse.
Adam Struggles with Victor’s Demands
In his office, Adam wrestled with Victor’s relentless push to destroy Billy. He argued with his father about focusing on negative PR about Billy, but Victor insisted that it was Adam’s job to carry out his orders.
Adam suggested they let the stories about Nikki shine first. They could save Billy for the second wave of PR, but Victor rejected that idea. He told Adam that his priority was to crush Billy.
Adam’s uncertainty about Victor’s true motives deepened when his father mentioned the Dumas situation. They were preparing to leave for France, and Victor didn’t want Adam to worry about Sharon (Sharon Case) and Nick (Joshua Morrow).
Victor focused on their plan to take down the Abbotts by making Dumas an ally. Chelsea overheard their conversation. After Victor left, she approached Adam with a plan of her own.
Chelsea was ready to make a deal with Victor to protect Billy, but Adam wasn’t happy about her getting involved. Chelsea revealed she had uncovered who Aristotle Dumas truly was and believed that would be the leverage she needed to strike a deal with Victor.
Victor and Nikki Discuss Chelsea’s Offer
Later, Victor and Nikki shared a conversation about Chelsea’s plans. Victor reminded Nikki that Chelsea was trying to play both sides of the fence.
Nikki, however, had her doubts about whether Chelsea could succeed in negotiating with Victor. Still, she acknowledged Chelsea’s willingness to try and admired her for attempting to protect Billy.
Victor wasn’t convinced that Chelsea could offer him something of real value. He dismissed the idea of a quick resolution to the feud with the Abbotts.
