At the penthouse, Amy (Valarie Pettiford) discussed her exhaustion since the trip with Nate (Sean Dominic) and Audra (Zuleyka Silver) over tea. Nate shared that Damien (Nathan Owens), Amy’s son, was coming to town and revealed his surprising success as the owner of his company’s parent firm. Shocked, Amy speculated Damien might suspect something. Nate suggested honesty, while Audra encouraged her to reconnect with Damien and share the truth. Though nervous, Amy appreciated their support and prepared to face him.

At home, Sharon (Sharon Case) felt restless and overwhelmed by recent events, including her time under the influence of PCP. Despite Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) reassurances that her actions weren’t her fault, Sharon struggled with guilt, particularly for framing Daniel (Michael Graziadei). Later, she envisioned Cameron (Linden Ashby) comforting her, urging self-forgiveness. After an emotional farewell to the vision, Sharon resolved to heal and make amends.

At the ranch, Victor (Eric Braeden) confronted Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Victoria (Amelia Heinle), and Claire (Hayley Erin) about their plan to eliminate Jordan (Colleen Zenk(. Claire admitted she devised the flawed plan to protect Sharon. Victor criticized their actions and suspected Ian Ward (Ray Wise) was still a threat. Chance (Conner Floyd) arrived to investigate Jordan’s death, learning she had poisoned herself during a confrontation. Victor believed Ian orchestrated a larger plot but disagreed with Chance on how to handle him.

Meanwhile, Nick grew anxious about his family’s safety. The tension escalated when Mariah arrived, panicked, revealing that Tessa and their baby, Aria, were missing.

Billy (Jason Thompson) and Sally (Courtney Hope) relaxed at his new home, enjoying champagne and the cozy design Sally had created. Billy admitted he’d initially worried about the project but was thrilled with the result. They discussed his career, with Billy expressing a desire to build something meaningful and authentic, unlike his past ventures that had been driven by others’ visions. He acknowledged that his time at Chancellor had been misguided, as it was never truly his to love. Sally helped him see what he genuinely wanted, steering him away from spiteful decisions.

Though Billy felt he was moving forward, Sally questioned if he had truly let go of his anger. He admitted only time would reveal the answer. Determined to create something fulfilling, he brainstormed ideas with Sally, reflecting on his joy from ChanceComm, a TV show, and podcasts. Sally, supportive of his happiness, dismissed any lingering animosity toward her ex. They shared an intimate moment, and Billy texted his mother, Jill (Jess Walton), to reconcile.

Meanwhile, Ian confronted Michael (Christian LeBlanc) in a motel, learning Jordan had died. Forced to Victor’s ranch, Ian faced pressure to confess his crimes, including framing Sharon for Heather’s (Vail Bloom)murder. Refusing to admit guilt, Ian grabbed a guard’s gun, threatening violence.

At Sharon’s, Mariah (Camryn Grimes) blamed herself for Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) and Aria’s disappearance. She was convinced Ian was responsible. Struggling with guilt, she vowed to destroy Ian while clinging to hope for her family’s safe return. Sharon reassured her, recalling Tessa’s protective nature, but Mariah remained consumed by guilt and anger.

Mariah left heartfelt voicemails for Tessa, expressing her love and regret. She resolved to ensure Ian could never harm anyone again, determined to end his terror and bring her loved ones home safely.

Ian brandished a gun at Victor, Michael, Nick, and the guard, refusing to surrender. When the guard attempted to move, Ian knocked him unconscious. Nick demanded to know where Tessa and Aria were, but Ian insisted he loved Mariah and wouldn’t hurt her.

Ian called the situation self-defense and forced Victor to summon Adam, Nikki, Victoria, and Claire. When they arrived, they were horrified to see Ian armed. He ranted about destroying the Newman family, calling them corrupt. Nikki taunted him, making him furious. Claire manipulated Ian by claiming Jordan had accused him of abandoning her, further enraging him.

Adam (Mark Grossman) arrived as Victor offered Ian anything to spare his family. Ian rejected the offer, saying he wanted revenge. When he realized Victor never called Abby (Melissa Ordway), he taunted Nikki. Victor suddenly lunged, and Ian shot him.

As Victor bled, Nick restrained Ian while Victoria tried to stop the bleeding. In the chaos, Victor grabbed Ian’s gun, and another shot rang out. Both men collapsed, wounded. Nick held Ian at gunpoint as he begged to be finished off. As the ambulance approached, Nikki and Victoria desperately tried to keep Victor conscious.

At the Newman ranch, Nikki and Victoria tried to stop Victor’s bleeding while keeping him conscious. Meanwhile, Ian lay bleeding, urging Nick to finish him off, but Nick refused.

Adam and Michael agreed to tell the police it was self-defense—Victor had risked everything to save them. Claire worried about Victor, and Victoria reassured her. Claire questioned how people like Ian and Jordan became so twisted, but Victoria had no answer.

Victor and Ian, both wounded, exchanged insults until Ian took his last breath. When EMTs arrived, they confirmed his death. Nikki declared his reign of terror over and called his life a waste.

At Sharon’s, Mariah panicked, convinced Ian had taken Tessa and Aria. Just as her fear peaked, they arrived. Tessa explained she had taken Aria for a drive but got stranded when her car died. Mariah forgave her, and they embraced.

Back at the cottage, Nick told Sharon, Mariah, and Tessa that Ian was dead. Mariah reflected on her past with Ian—once her hero, he had betrayed and tormented her. Now, she was free. Later, Claire showed up and recounted the night’s events. Tessa regretted believing Ian had changed, but Sharon reassured her that he had simply been a master manipulator.

Chance demanded answers, but Michael, Nick, and Adam stuck to their self-defense story. Chance remained skeptical but had no evidence to contradict them.

As Victor was transported in an ambulance, Nikki admitted her fear. Victor reassured her, believing the danger had passed. However, in another ambulance, Ian suddenly gasped and opened his eyes.

Victoria told Claire that Victor’s surgery had gone well, and they were safe. All would be well from here on out.

Kyle (Michael Mealor) arrived, and Claire, still shaken, explained that Jordan and Ian had come after her and Mariah. Now, both were dead. She reassured Kyle that Harrison was safe and revealed that Victor had been shot while saving Nikki, but he would recover. Kyle was amazed she had gone through so much without him knowing. Claire admitted she still feared Jordan wasn’t truly gone. She also confessed to manipulating her aunt into coming there, which impressed Kyle. He comforted her, and they shared tea, toasting to Jordan never hurting anyone again.

At Crimson Lights, Nick told Sharon that Victor had made it through surgery. Michael arrived with news that Sharon’s murder charges had been dropped. Daniel showed up, demanding answers, and learned that Ian had confessed to killing Heather as part of his scheme against Mariah. Now, both Ian and Jordan were dead. Sharon apologized, but Daniel struggled to forgive her. Nick emphasized that Sharon had been drugged and grieving Cassie. Daniel admitted he still wished for an alternate reality where Heather was alive.

Later, Daniel sat in the park, mourning Heather, feeling lost and unsure how to move forward without her.

At the Newman ranch, Adam brought Chelsea, preparing for Victor’s return. She was uneasy about living in Victor’s old domain, but Adam assured her they were settling in for Connor. Nick arrived and questioned the move, but Chelsea insisted it was for their son.

On the way to the hospital, Nick and Adam discussed Victor’s near-death experience. Adam worried about what would happen when Victor was gone, but Nick reminded him that his place in the family depended on his own choices.
