At the Abbott estate, Diane (Susan Walters) envisioned redecorating with Moroccan poofs, but Jack (Peter Bergman) resisted. They argued about change, with Jack fearing she would modernize the house too much. Diane reassured him of her love for both him and their home but asked for his trust.

Jack admitted he had been testing her and agreed to subtle updates. However, he panicked when she insisted they pack and leave during the renovations. Diane refused to reveal details, leading him off to pack. Later, she reassured him that their love would remain constant while the house and family would evolve. They decided to spend a romantic night at the club.

In the park, Kyle (Michael Mealor) noticed Claire (Hayley Erin) was upset. She admitted frustration over his reluctance to reschedule dinner with Victor (Eric Braeden). Kyle insisted Victor’s approval wouldn’t change his identity as Jack’s son. Claire believed change was possible. Kyle warned her not to expect too much but reassured her of his commitment.

At Society, Victor asked Lily (Christel Khalil) if she was happy working with her family again. She was but refused to forgive him and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). Before leaving, she requested their help gathering intel on Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers). Victor agreed, and Nikki was optimistic about mending things with Lily.

At Crimson Lights, Audra (Zuleyka Silver) ordered Holden (Nathan Owens) to forget they knew each other and leave town. She didn’t want Nate (Sean Dominic) to learn about their past. When Nate arrived, he asked Holden about Damian’s reaction to the news about Amy (Valarie Pettiford). After Holden left, Nate refused to give up, but Audra warned him not to give Amy false hope. Later, Holden returned and asked Audra to meet him for a drink before he left.

Jack and Diane spent the evening at the jazz club, where she tried to ease his worries about her renovation plans. She also proposed relaunching old Jabot products under “Jabot Classic,” which Jack eventually supported. They danced and teased each other, and later, in bed, Diane jokingly suggested a revolving front door for Harrison (Redding Munsell). Jack promised to stop worrying.

Meanwhile, at the ranch, Michael (Christian Le Blanc) met with Victor, who insisted on taking down Jack through Jabot. Michael questioned whether he had done enough, but Victor insisted they hadn’t suffered enough. He ordered Michael to gather information on Jabot’s future plans. Claire interrupted, reminding Victor about dinner and asking him not to grill Kyle too harshly.

At Society, Summer (Allison Lanier) praised Kyle for Harrison’s school project and invited him to dinner, but he had plans with Claire and Victor. Summer worried about Victor’s treatment of Kyle, and Daniel (Michael Graziadei) teased that she was acting like their mother. He shared that he had accepted Billy’s (Jason Thompson) job offer.

Victor and Claire met Kyle, and Victor made it clear he was skeptical of their relationship due to the Abbott family’s instability. He warned Kyle not to hurt Claire as he had hurt Summer. Kyle reassured him. Despite Claire’s protests, Victor insisted he was only protecting her. Kyle and Claire affirmed their feelings for each other, and Victor acknowledged that nothing he said would change their decision.

Jack and Diane enjoyed their getaway, joking about renovations.

At Society, Victor told Kyle and Claire nothing would change his mind about them. Nikki arrived, and Claire updated her. Meanwhile, Daniel urged Summer to leave since she was fixating on Kyle. She denied it but eventually agreed.

Nikki apologized to Claire. He insisted the Abbotts were doomed and Kyle was wrong for Claire. Kyle defended his parents, but Victor dismissed him, predicting disaster. Claire reassured Kyle of her commitment.

As Victor stormed off, he ran into Jack and Diane, taunting them before warning their happiness wouldn’t last. Diane and Nikki bickered while Jack and Kyle suspected Victor was up to something. Nikki warned trouble was coming. At the ranch, Victor drank alone and made a call.

At the club, Michael complained about Victor’s war on the Abbotts. Lauren (Tracey Bregman) reminded him she had warned him. Michael admitted his loyalty to Victor ran deep. He also revealed Ian (Ray Wise) had confessed to crimes and Victor had taken a bullet for Nikki. Lauren worried about the risks, but Michael reassured her before whisking her away to a suite. Ignoring Victor’s call, he focused on Lauren while Victor left a message about Jabot.

At GCAC, Daniel worried about their missing mother, but Summer dismissed his concerns. They argued about Kyle, and Daniel urged her to move on. Summer lost her appetite and left when he pushed the issue, and Daniel apologized for ruining their night.

Audra and Nate sat in the penthouse drinking tea when Amy arrived, exhausted from overthinking. Nate offered breakfast and admitted there was no news from Damian. Amy felt like a failure, believing her son had shut her out. She thanked Nate for helping her remember his father. He assured her his dad would want him to keep supporting her.

Audra received a text from Holden, revealing Damian was still in town. She saw this as a chance to convince Holden to make Damian stay longer. Nate joked about Holden dazzling her, but she insisted she could handle it. She set up a lunch meeting and left.

Amy worried about being let down again, but Nate revealed he had contacted an oncologist. Touched by his support, she agreed to send her records.

At Crimson Lights, Damian told Holden they weren’t leaving because of Lily. He introduced himself to her. He wished Nate’s job offer had been real. She called out his deception, and he insisted he needed nothing from his mother or Nate. Lily warned that anger made people unpredictable. He brushed it off but accepted her dinner invitation only if he made peace with his mom first.

At Society, Audra met Holden, clarifying their meeting was strictly business—she wanted Damian to see his dying mother. Holden hinted Damian was staying because of a woman. Meanwhile, Damian arrived at Nate’s penthouse, shocking Amy.

At GCAC, Daniel worried about Phyllis’ disappearance. Billy reassured him, but no one had seen her. Summer and Daniel called Chance, who promised to investigate.

Claire met Kyle at Crimson Lights and apologized for Victor’s treatment of him. She gifted him noise-canceling earbuds to block out Victor’s criticism, which Kyle found clever. They acknowledged Victor would never accept them, and Kyle worried his relentless pressure might wear Claire down. She assured him she wasn’t going anywhere, and they agreed Victor could only break them up if they let him.

Summer interrupted, upset that Phyllis was missing. She hugged Kyle, annoying Claire, then admitted the situation was making her anxious. When asked about dinner with Victor, she predicted he would find a way to break them up. She pitied Claire for facing such challenges in her first real relationship. After an awkward moment, Summer left.

Meanwhile, Lily visited Victor, who revealed Damian controlled two companies under the alias “Aristotle Dumas.” He suspected something shady and questioned Lily’s interest. She remained evasive, and after she left, Victor called Michael with another task.

At Nate’s penthouse, Damian visited Amy, who asked for forgiveness and hoped he and Nate could be brothers. Damian accused her of abandoning his dying father while she worked. Amy explained she had no choice, as his father’s lapsed insurance forced her to take two jobs. Damian admitted he had only focused on his father’s pain, not hers.

Later, Damian told Nate the conversation had been heavy. Nate encouraged him to forgive Amy, saying it would cost him nothing. When Lily appeared, Damian invited her to dinner to learn more.

At the penthouse, Amy worried Damian would never forgive her, but Nate reassured her, urging her not to give up.
