Traci loves everyone on The Young and the Restless. Her biggest feat of goodness was when Victor was responsible for her daughter Colleen’s death…but Traci still allowed a dying Victor to have Colleen’s heart. Traci always tries to see the best in everyone, just like, on the October 28 episode, she was willing to see Diane’s point of view in the break-up with Jack. But what if Traci decides to take it one step further and takes it upon herself to fix her brother’s marriage?
How We Got Here
From where Traci (Beth Maitland) is standing, the major bone of contention between Diane (Susan Walters — who received high praise) and Jack (Peter Bergman) is Jabot. Jack gave Diane the job, and Kyle (Michael Mealor) told his dad to give it to his mom, but now Kyle is pouty.

So Kyle quit and went to work for Victor (Eric Braeden), which included stealing confidential Jabot information and slipping it to Victor to get Audra (Zuleyka Silver) fired from Glissade. What a prince of a man! No matter, Diane wants Kyle punished and doesn’t understand how Jack can disagree.
Rescue Me
So, to Traci, the thing that’s keeping Jack, Diane, and Kyle at each other’s throats is Jabot. How to solve this problem? Well, first and foremost, remove Jabot from the equation!
Ashley (Eileen Davidson) is currently dealing with her mental health, so she can’t take over the company she’s run in the past. That just leaves baby sister Traci! (Billy [Jason Thompson] has his own professional battles to fight at the moment.)
Traci has run Jabot briefly before, and she kind of liked it. So why not again? For the family’s sake, of course. Traci could take over running Jabot, and that way Jack and Diane could focus on each other and repairing their relationship with Kyle. Plus, they would have more time to enjoy Harrison (Redding Munsell).
Traci running Jabot would also give her and Alan (Christopher Cousins) more reason to stick around Genoa City. Of course…that’s assuming Alan is really Alan and not Martin.
