The Young and the Restless Recaps: Monday, May 30
Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) gleefully casts a pall over Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Phyllis Summers’s (Michelle Stafford) picnic for two. Afterward, she and Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) get to know one another better. Diane cuts Ashland off at the pass before he can ask her to intercede on his behalf where visitation with Harrison is concerned.
Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) blasts Ashland for his cancer lie… Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) and Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) find common ground – they both enjoy listening to podcasts, Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) in particular.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) gauges Summer Newman’s (Allison Lanier) interest in legally barring Ashland from visiting with Harrison; she’s game. Now to get Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) on board…
Young and Restless Recaps: Tuesday, May 31
Billy is forced to referee Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James)… Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) awakens from a nightmare wherein Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) made a blatant play for Nate. Nate and Elena resolve to make more time for each other… Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) once again warned Imani that Nate was off-limits.
Billy joins Diane for a meal at Society, much to Diane’s surprise, and Abby Carlton Newman Chancellor’s (Melissa Ordway) chagrin… Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) dedicates himself to closing Rey Rosales’s (Jordi Vilasuso) open cases.
Nicholas Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon remember the late Cassie Newman and bemoan the fact that neither has made the trek to her resting place despite the anniversary of her death having come and passed; they make up for the oversight.

Y&R Recaps: Wednesday, June 1
Despite some initial misgivings, Kyle agrees to the issuing of a restraining order against Ashland; he’s vindicated when Ashland stoops to unsavory tactics to get alone time with Harrison.
Phyllis goes to great lengths to flaunt her romance with Jack in Diane’s face. During an argument between the two women, Phyllis concedes that she accelerated the reconciliation so that Diane would know where they all stood; Jack overhears the confession.

Phyllis’s attempts to make amends with Jack were all for naught. Later, Phyllis confides in Summer that she’s screwed up, big time… Diane worked overtime to make inroads with Allie. The young woman remained dubious… Adam and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) continued to scheme… Imani turned a deaf ear to Amanda’s warning her away from Nate.
Y&R Recaps: Friday, June 3
Summer and Kyle lament Jack and Phyllis’s latest estrangement but celebrate Jack’s agreement to support Jabot’s acquisition of Marchetti and Ashland being served the restraining order… Noah and Allie continued to enjoy each other’s company.
Victor cautions Ashland to hightail it out of town… Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) returned from their overseas vacation. There is evident tension between Victoria and Victor.
