The Young and the Restless Recaps: Monday, December 26

Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) and Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) commiserate with one another…After sharing an awkward cross with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Abby Newman-Abbott Chancellor (Melissa Ordway), Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) ponders aloud whether or not the two are having relations; Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) suggests he keep his focus on making peace with Devon. Later, Elena and Abby arrange a get-together for the foursome. Nate and Devon tentatively bond over shared memories of Drucilla and Olivia.

Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier), Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez), and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) celebrate Christmas together. Summer privately blasts Diane for pushing Kyle to keep her in the dark where Diane’s issues with Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) is concerned. Diane resolves to handle Jeremy.

Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) whisks Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) away from the tension filled Abbott abode. They make merry at Society, just the two of them. Tucker suggests he and Ashley work together; she balances. Afterwards, Tucker leans in for a kiss and Ashley reciprocates.

Young and the Restless Recaps: Tuesday, December 27

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) tries to persuade Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) to return to the family fold to no avail…Lily updates Devon: Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) is still gung-ho about taking Chancellor-Winters public; Devon is greatly chagrined…Abby and Chance run into each other. Abby mentions that she’s received her copy of their divorce papers. Chance collects Dominic from Devon’s. The tension between the two is palpable as is Chance’s disdain for Abby. Devon comforts Abby.

Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) opens up to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) about his estrangement from Heather and Lucy. Daniel and Danny convince Phyllis to accept the former’s offer of employment…Christine Blair Williams (Lauralee Bell) spies a photograph of the trio uploaded to social media and reminisces about her time as Mrs. Danny Romalotti…Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) leaned on Billy Abbott (Jason Thomspon).

The two rendezvous at Society where Diane spins him a story about wanting to repay her debt; Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) spies on the pair from afar…Sally takes ill and considers the possibility that she’s pregnant…Victor suggests that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) forgo her hostile takeover of Chancellor-Winters.

The Young and the Restless Recaps: Thursday, December 29

Sally tells Chloe Mitchell Fisher (Elizabeth Hendrickson) that she might be with child, that the father could be either Adam or Nick, and conscripts her into picking up a pregnancy test. Sally begs out of ringing in the New Year with Nick, unawares that it’s his birthday. Nick celebrates with Sharon at Crimson Lights.

Danny happily reunites with Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland), Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey Bregman), and Michael Baldwin (Christian Le Blanc)…Diane seemed to pacify Jeremy. Jack congratulated her on her handling of the baddie and pulled her in for a kiss…Adam was perturbed to hear Connor (Judah Mackey) rhapsodize about Billy and Chelsea’s connection. Adam puts Billy on notice…Lily suggests that she and Billy spend some time apart.
