What begins as a platonic dinner date ends with Adam (Mark Grossman) planting a kiss on Sally (Courtney Hope).
Billy (Jason Thompson) and Jack (Peter Bergman) decided to go on the offense against Tucker (Trevor St. John), but Jack drew the line at using Devon (Bryton James) to that end…. Tucker offers Phyllis a much-needed $2 million + payout for a little computer espionage…. Sharon (Sharon Case) and Mariah (Camryn Grimes) discuss Aria and Sharon’s fear that Summer (Allison Lanier) is competition for Chance’s (Conner Floyd) affections…. Summer bemoaned Chance’s involvement with Sharon…. Tess (Cait Fairbanks) made her much-anticipated return home.
Despite Lily’s (Christel Khalil) best efforts, Victor remains mum regarding to whom he sold his stake in Chancellor-Winters…. Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Summer resolve to co-exist for Harrison’s sake…. Billy puts Devon on alert where Tucker is concerned. Jack is angered by Billy going against his wishes…. Tucker clarifies Phyllis’s assignment: she’s to get him access to Billy’s personal finances. Phyllis reluctantly complies.
Victor and Victoria clash…. At Nikki’s urging, Audra (Zuleyka Silver) fires Kyle. What’s more, she ends their dalliance as well…. Devon tries to ease Lily’s concerns over the anonymous investor…. Jack contemplates how to best deal with Billy.
Kyle insists that he’ll only return to Jabot as co-CEO. Diane implores Jack to fire Billy and rehire their son…. Jack cuts Phyllis to the quick…. Billy tries and fails to interest Adam in a partnership…. Billy spies Phyllis heading to Tucker’s room.
