The Young and the Restless recap for Thursday, March 12, 2020, features a day of surprises… and obvious moments. Jill introduced Billy to his new business partner, Chance let Abby believe she can take down Phyllis while Phyllis and Nick got down in a different way. Plus, Amanda continued her rehabilitation tour.
The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights
Jill (Jess Walton) told Jack (Peter Bergman), who only exists these days to listen to other people, that she has a great idea to get Billy (Jason Thompson) excited about coming to work at Chancellor Industries. Jack confirmed that it’s a great idea. That’s his other function, these days. Well, that and telling Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Theo (Tyler Johnson) to play nice.
Jill introduced Billy to her great idea. It’s your new business partner – Lily (Christel Khalil)!
Role-Playing Abby
Chance (Danny Boaz) pretended to be a bank officer so Abby (Melissa Ordway) could practice her Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) impersonation. Chance was impressed. But he’s not the one Abby has to fool.
Meanwhile, Phyllis visited Nick (Joshua Morrow) at the office, where the sight of him in full power mode excited them both to the point of having sex on Nick’s desk. Ick?
All Good Now
Remember how Amanda (Mishael Morgan) was a shark of a lawyer who didn’t care what people thought of her? Well, those days are gone. Now that Amanda has been a victim of a stalker, everyone assumes she has magically become a good person. It’s one of soaps’ favorite transformations. To seal the deal, Nate (Sean Dominic) listened to her talk to Jared about her own days in the foster care system. Yup. All her sins are forgiven now.
No Surprise
Oh, and Adam (Mark Grossman) still hates Victor (Eric Braeden) and blames him for everything that went wrong in his life. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
