Whatever happened to Tara Locke on The Young and the Restless? Last we heard, she’d been arrested. Did she ever go on trial? Did she get convicted? Is she in prison? Did she, like all rich people, merely get her wrist slapped?
Young and the Restless Polling
Does she have to stay in New York City for probation? Can she travel? And, if that’s the case, should she be coming back for Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez) at any moment?
Young & Restless: May She Rot
Just because no one else in Genoa City ever serves time for their crime doesn’t mean Tara (Elizabeth Leiner) should walk, 42% of you lay out the most important judgment of all. She should be put behind bars, and she should stay there. Harrison just lost the man he called Father. He doesn’t need a mother. Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier) are the perfect parents and will deal with whatever trauma this causes perfectly.
Forgive and Forget Young and the Restless Style
Tara’s crime was financial, 30% of fans point out, which means even if she did get jail time, she should be out by now. And if that’s the case, she needs to get on the next plane to Wisconsin and come back for her little boy. Harrison needs some stability after everything he’s been through, and Tara is just what the doctor ordered.
Y&R Mom’s the Word
Even if she pulled shenanigans with her company’s finances, no one has ever accused Tara of not being a good mother, and 28% of voters are convinced any judge would give her at least joint custody of Harrison. If that’s the case, then she should make Genoa City her permanent home and follow up on that flirtation we saw with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) the last time she visited. This could make the kind of messy triangle soaps are famous for!
