His love life is on track (for once), but Nick’s professional world has literally turned to ashes on The Young and the Restless in light of Dina torching the Underground.
Should Nick rebuild the watering hole or move on? Soap Hub asked Y&R fans to weigh in on this and here are the results!
Like A Phoenix
Most of you, 77%, believe that Nick should rebuild the Underground. The establishment has been through a lot — remember that cave-in a few years ago? He repaired those damages and re-opened the place. Most of you feel there’s merit in him doing so again.
Since Nick may think he’s responsible for the inferno, he may feel a responsibility to bring the Underground back.
In addition to being a place for him to go to each day, it provides an income for all the people who work for him.
The Underground Is Over
The rest of you, 23%, feel that Nick needs to get the debris taken away and to sell the lot of land that the Underground once called home. There’s a tradition with this. Gina didn’t rebuild Gina’s restaurant on Y&R after Kevin torched it. Instead, she bid farewell to the long-running eatery and went to work at the Genoa City Athletic Club.

Nick has options. He could try to buy in with Sharon at Crimson Lights, which could rekindle their love. Or, he could return to Newman Enterprises, playing the repentant son to Victor, only he could have a secret agenda to get even with his dad.
Model Behavior
Let’s face it — Joshua Morrow (Nick) is one of the most handsome guys on the show! He could find out if one of the cosmetics companies in GC needs a model for their men’s line!
Whatever he chooses to do next, we’re fully confident that Nick will be a success. Even if he has to become a private eye in order to find out what really did happen to the Underground!
