He can even pretend to tolerate Phyllis (Michelle Stafford), with her being his granddaughter’s mother. And he gets to decide Chelsea’s (Melissa Claire Egan) fate because she’s his grandson’s mother. So once Sally enters the sorority, 13% figure Victor will live with her, as well.
