Everyone loves Nick (Joshua Morrow), 3% are reminded. Sharon (Sharon Case) loves Nick. Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) loves Nick. Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) loves Nick. They just take turns doing it. Now it’s Sally’s (Courtney Hope) turn. If she doesn’t love him now, then she’ll love him soon. And forever. That’s just how it works in Genoa City.
The Man Before
Sally loves Adam (Mark Grossman), 47% beg to differ. The only reason there was a Who’s the Daddy drama over Baby Ava was that Sally slept with Adam – while she was supposedly exclusive with Nick. Sally said she slept with Adam as a way of saying a final goodbye. Uh… no. That’s not how goodbye works. And it’s not how getting over a guy works. Sally will never be able to say she loves Nick, as long as she so obviously loves Adam.

A more open-minded 50% of you, however, believe that Sally believes that she has feelings for both men. With Adam, it’s leftovers from her grief over Ava. And with Nick, it’s her wanting to get over Adam and her grief over Ava. Nick distracts Sally from her true feelings. Which is no minor thing. Adam forces Sally to feel. And who wants that? That’s why she still needs both men in her life. And why she’s doing everything possible to keep it that way.
