We haven’t had a wedding in a while on The Young and the Restless. And Genoa City could really use something to celebrate. We need glitz, we need glamour, and we seriously need some romance.

Yes, several couples seem to be in love, but that doesn’t mean they are ready to take that next step. So who should be the next pair to say I Do? Almost 2,000 viewers have a very strong opinion.
Tie the Y&R Knot
We’ve got a tie! Exactly 17% of the audience voted for either Jack (Peter Bergman) and Diane (Susan Walters) or Chelsea (Melissa Claire Eagan) and Billy (Jason Thompson). Of course, the two couples couldn’t be more different. Jack and Diane are actually engaged, and now that she’s free of the Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) murder charges, there should be nothing to stop them from running down the aisle.
Chelsea and Billy, on the other hand, are barely dating. We’re not even sure where they stand, so getting married now would be awfully sudden. And unmotivated. But some of you are awfully keen on the idea!

Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Devon (Bryton James) already have a kid, 31% point out, so why not make it official? They’ve been friends for a while. They’ve had sex all over the apartment. They go to kiddie music classes with Dominic. They are already a family. Just sign some papers to ensure you can inherit each other’s money.

Ashley (Eileen Davidson) is pretending to be madly in love with Tucker (Trevor St. James). Mostly to annoy Jack and Diane. Tucker is kind of annoyed, too, because he wants it to be real. How far will Ashley carry on this con? Well, 35% of voters think she should take it all the way to make her relationship with Tucker legal. Sure, it will annoy Jack and Diane. But maybe also then we can find out what Tucker is really in Genoa City to do.
